From landlocked kid to shark island.
I grew up landlocked in Germany, always yearning for the water. In 2020 I sold everything tying me to one place and made the ocean my life. Today I'm based in Fuvahmulah, Mo'orea, and the world — leading expeditions, running a dive centre, and using my camera to bring the deep blue to the surface.

Galaxy In Her Eyes
I chased this one frame long enough that I eventually switched my entire camera setup for it. The eye of a tiger — and hidden inside her iris, a whole galaxy. She had to choose to come this close. When she finally did, everything I'd rebuilt for came down to one quiet second.
